You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, and free from tan, makeup, fragrance, stains, marks or snags.

All returns must be registered through our Returns Center. Returns that are not registered through the portal may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds to the original payment method will typically be processed within approximately 14 working days.
When you choose store credit, you will receive your approved return value plus an additional 10% bonus store credit, less any applicable return shipping costs or other non-refundable charges.

When I was browsing the site, I KNEW I had to get this dress! The dark brown bodycon maxi dress with an off-the-shoulder detail!! And it’s so glittery under the light, which was so amazing to wear to my birthday dinner at a hotel in Zurich. These pictures do not even do the dress justice. It is so elegant and feminine, and I really felt like I was stepping into a more classy era. I did wear a size Small for this dress, but Medium is probably more suitable for me.
