Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to the UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, United States, Australia, Ireland, Europe, UAE, and selected international destinations.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier delays, public holidays, and peak trading periods.

Please note, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Any orders lost as a result of being shipped to a PO box are not the responsibility of Sydney Lane.

PRE-ORDERS & MIXED SHIPMENT ORDERS

Pre-order items are dispatched once stock has arrived at our warehouse.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch.

If your order includes multiple pre-order items with different dispatch dates, your full order will ship together on the latest pre-order dispatch date.

Any shipping method selected at checkout, including Next Day or Express Delivery, applies from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

If you would like to receive available items sooner, please contact us at hello@sydneylane.com to arrange a split shipment. Additional postage charges will apply.

UK, NORTHERN IRELAND & ISLE OF MAN SHIPPING

Please note, Next Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery are only available for UK Mainland addresses only. Northern Ireland and Isle of Man orders are sent via DPD Standard Shipping.

Orders placed with Next Day Delivery before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched for next working day delivery. A Next Day order placed before 2pm on Friday will arrive on Monday.

We do not currently pick and pack orders at weekends, although this may be introduced in the future.

Saturday Delivery is available for UK Mainland addresses only. The cut-off for Saturday Delivery is 2pm Friday.

During peak periods such as Black Friday, we recommend placing Saturday Delivery orders before 11am Friday due to exceptionally high courier volumes. While this is a paid service, delivery cannot be guaranteed during peak trading periods.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

All applicable duties and customs fees for United States orders are calculated and paid at checkout. No additional duties or customs charges should be due on delivery.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipping to Canada and Africa are included under Rest of World shipping and will be sent via UPS.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to Russia, Serbia, Brazil, Iran, or Israel.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to orders shipped outside the UK, depending on the destination country.

United States orders: duties and customs fees are calculated and paid at checkout.

Ireland orders: duties and taxes are paid at checkout.

All other international destinations, excluding the UK, United States, and Ireland: duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you have any concerns about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes and returned to Sydney Lane, original shipping costs and return shipping fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.

DELIVERY NOTES

Standard delivery operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and begins from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may be longer during public holidays, peak trading periods, courier delays, or customs processing.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and Sydney Lane cannot guarantee that your package will arrive within the stated timeframe.
