INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipping outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees depending on the destination country.

United States orders:

For orders shipping to the United States, any applicable duties and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional charges should be payable upon delivery.

Ireland orders:

For orders shipping to Ireland, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

Australian orders:

Australia applies a customs threshold of $1,000 AUD per shipment, based on the value of the goods and excluding shipping. On orders above it, International Shipping (Duties Paid) is shown as the only shipping option at checkout, and any import duty, GST and customs processing fees due are calculated and collected at that point. Orders below the threshold are not subject to import duty or GST at the border.

All other international destinations, excluding the United States, Australia, and Ireland:

Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the customer. Sydney Lane is unable to advise the amount of any such charges, as they vary by country. Customers are advised to contact their local customs authority for further information before placing an order.

Orders shipping to Canada and Africa are included under Rest of World shipping and will be sent via UPS.

All other eligible international destinations outside the UK, United States, Australia, Canada, and Africa will be shipped using FedEx, UPS or DHL depending on destination.

Please note that standard delivery operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and begins from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may take longer over public holidays.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to Russia, Serbia, Brazil, Iran, or Israel.

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Pre-order items will be dispatched only once stock has arrived at our warehouse

• Any shipping method selected at checkout applies from the date of dispatch, not the order date

• Estimated delivery times shown on our website begin after dispatch, not at the time of purchase

Pre-order timelines provided are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or supply chain delays. Customers will be notified if there are any significant changes to expected dispatch dates.

PRE-ORDER & MIXED SHIPMENT ITEMS

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, your full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch.

If your order includes multiple pre-order items with different dispatch dates, your full order will ship together on the latest pre-order dispatch date.

Should you wish to receive available items sooner, please contact us here to arrange a split shipment. Please note that additional postage charges will apply.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated. Where applicable, delivery costs will be added to the total price of the goods. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you placed your order, plus any additional delivery costs if applicable. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur.  We will verify pricing when processing your order.  If a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before shipping to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order.  If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.

Pay in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Sydney Lane and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app.

Klarna’s Pay in 3 instalments credit agreements are not regulated by the FCA. Use of these and any missed payments may affect your ability to obtain credit from Klarna and other lenders. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. T&Cs apply.

Clearpay is a payment service that lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest (late fees apply). The service is provided by Clearpay Finance Ltd.

Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to use Clearpay or create a Clearpay account.

Other eligibility criteria apply. See Clearpay Terms of Service for further details.

If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into your Clearpay account to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
