From time to time, Sydney Lane runs various promotions offering additional discounts with the use of promotional codes. The relevant terms and conditions for using promotional codes are outlined below:

GENERAL TERMS

Please note specific discount codes, such as our introductory welcome code or referral codes, may not apply to all products and/or sale items. If your discount code does not work, it may be that the code is no longer valid.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS

• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• Only one promotional code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
• Promotional codes can only be redeemed on the Sydney Lane website by entering your unique code at checkout.

EXCLUDED PRODUCTS

Promotional codes cannot be used on the following items:

The usual website terms and conditions still apply to all orders. Sydney Lane reserves the right to modify these promotional terms and conditions at any time.

INTRODUCTION

By participating in the giveaway, you are agreeing to these giveaway terms and conditions. The giveaway is being run by Sydney Lane to celebrate reaching 10,000 followers on Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER

The giveaway is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older. Employees and associates of Sydney Lane are excluded from the draw.

By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

The giveaway is completely free to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:

• Follow Sydney Lane on Instagram
• Like the giveaway post
• Tag your besties in the comments
• Share one of these images to your stories

PRIZES

The prize is £500 worth of Sydney Lane pieces, selected by Sydney Lane, to add to your dream wardrobe.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Sydney Lane’s decision on any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

GIVEAWAY TIMELINE

The giveaway closes at midnight UK time on Tuesday, 17th December.

The winner will be announced on Wednesday, 18th December via Sydney Lane’s Instagram stories and contacted directly through Instagram Direct Message. The prize will be shipped by 20th December, in time for Christmas.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & CONTACT

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the social media account they used to enter.

Sydney Lane will make two attempts to contact the winner via Instagram.

If the winner does not respond by the end of the day on Wednesday, 18th December, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Sydney Lane reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

The winner will allow up to 14 days for the prize to be delivered.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

You agree that any personal information you provide when entering the giveaway will be used by Sydney Lane for the purposes of administering the giveaway and as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing hello@sydneylane.com.

If requested by Sydney Lane, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to other giveaway participants.

The winner’s first name and country of residence will be announced on Sydney Lane’s social media channels.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sydney Lane accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the giveaway or being selected for a prize.

GENERAL

Sydney Lane reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the giveaway or amend these terms and conditions.

All delivery times are from the date of dispatch. These times are estimates only and are provided to us by our shipping partners. All domestic orders will be shipped via Royal Mail or DHL. All international orders will be shipped via our chosen courier. Shipping times vary with each shipping location.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and Sydney Lane cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the above time frames. 

UK SHIPPING

Please note the cut off for UK Next Day Delivery is 2pm Mon - Fri. A Next Day order placed before 2pm Friday would arrive on Monday. We don't currently pick and pack at the weekends. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our prices for International Delivery do not include duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. 

Please note that standard delivery operates weekdays Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may take longer over Public Holidays.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot ship to Serbia, Russia and Brazil.

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not, you may either return or exchange your items back to us within 14 days of receiving your items, depending on your location. Your return is subject to the following Terms & Conditions and, by making a purchase from Sydney Lane, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Policy.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

• The item/s must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please wear underwear when trying on intimate pieces. 
• All items will be checked for tan, makeup, fragrance odour or marks/stains and will not be accepted if item contains them. Please take extra care when trying on if you wear fake tan and remove any jewellery that may snag. 
• Last Chance to Buy items may only be returned for a credit note. We do not offer exchanges or refunds to the original payment method.
• Final Sale items are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or credit notes.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

SALE ITEMS (LAST CHANCE TO BUY)

• 'LAST CHANCE TO BUY' items are eligible for a credit note refund only. We do not offer exchange or refunds to the original payment method.

SALE ITEMS (FINAL SALE)

• 'FINAL SALE' items are final: we do not offer any exchanges, refunds or credit notes.

RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for the cost of your return shipping. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage with a tracking number and that the parcel is insured for the value of the items. We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels. Missing packages will need to be addressed with your chosen return courier. 

For international orders please note any return duties or taxes that Sydney Lane is charged will be deducted from the refund total.  

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated. Where applicable, delivery costs will be added to the total price of the goods. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you placed your order, plus any additional delivery costs if applicable. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur.  We will verify pricing when processing your order.  If a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before shipping to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order.  If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.

Pay in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Sydney Lane and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app.

Klarna’s Pay in 3 instalments credit agreements are not regulated by the FCA. Use of these and any missed payments may affect your ability to obtain credit from Klarna and other lenders. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. T&Cs apply.

Clearpay is a payment service that lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest (late fees apply). The service is provided by Clearpay Finance Ltd.

Clearpay is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18+ (excluding Channel Islands) with a UK billing address.

Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to use Clearpay or create a Clearpay account.

If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into your Clearpay account to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

All products are subject to availability which is subject to change.

All colours are reproduced as accurately as electronic processes allow.

Gemstones and other details may vary in colour from the product picture accompanying, due to the nature of each design. We aim to show the best representation of each product, but differences may naturally occur.

We reserve the right to amend the details and specifications of our products as necessary or to conform with any changes in UK or EU requirements.

We try to ensure that our website is as accurate as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our control.

All items will be supplied in our own packaging.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered. This includes changes to the delivery address, selected products, or product quantities. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for an exchange or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, BFPOs, and select international countries specified in our Shipping Policy.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the items and pricing. This email does not constitute an order acceptance from us.

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email to the email address provided. This email signifies our formal acceptance of your order and our obligation to complete the contract.

If a different delivery address is requested, we reserve the right to confirm order details by sending a letter to the billing address.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order after it has been placed. This may occur for reasons including but not limited to:

• Payment authorization issues or flagged fraudulent transactions.
• Payment made with a card issued in a country we do not ship to.
• Errors on the website regarding product pricing or description.
• Items ordered are no longer in stock or available.
• Lack of response to our attempts to contact you regarding your order.

If the items you ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. Due to our rapid dispatch process, successful orders cannot be canceled, and any unwanted items must be returned for a refund or exhange. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.

By placing an order with Sydney Lane, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

DISPATCH DELAYS

Orders containing multiple items may experience slight delays in dispatch. We will contact you promptly if your order is affected by any delay.

If you are not entirely happy with your recent experience, please raise a complaint by contacting our Sydney Lane customer service team at hello@sydneylane.com.

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if we are able to resolve your complaint within 14 days, we will send you a final response detailing our resolution. If we are unable to provide you with a final response at 15 days, we will send you a letter explaining the reason for delay and when we expect to issue you with a final response.

FOS

If you are dissatisfied with our response and your agreement is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, but you must do so within six months of the date of the final response or 8 week holding letter. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
