- If your order includes multiple pre-order items, your order will ship on the latest pre-order dispatch date.
- Any shipping method selected at checkout applies from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Returns
You can return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact, and free of tan, makeup, fragrance, stains, or snags.
A £3.95 restocking fee per order is deducted from refunds.
Sale items are eligible for refund only. For international orders placed on or after 26 September, refunds only. Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend using a tracked, insured service. Any duties or taxes we are charged on international returns will be deducted from your refund.
Start your return via our Returns Center with your order number. Once approved, refunds go to the original payment method and typically process in about 14 working days.
Please note, all returns must be registered through our Returns Center. Returns that are not registered through the portal may experience delays in processing or may not be accepted.
When you select refund to a store gift card through our returns center, you’ll receive your refund amount plus a 20% bonus as a thank-you for shopping with us.
