If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, your full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch.
If your order includes multiple pre-order items with different dispatch dates, your full order will ship together on the latest pre-order dispatch date.

Orders shipping to Canada and Africa will be sent via UPS.
All other international destinations outside the UK, USA, and Australia will be shipped using FedEx.

We cannot accept any orders to a PO box and any orders lost as a result of being shipped to a PO box are not our responsibility.
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship to Russia, Serbia, Brazil, Iran, or Israel.
Deliveries Mon–Fri, 8 am to 5 pm. Public holidays may cause delays.
Returns
Final Sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a credit note only. They are not eligible for exchanges or refunds to the original payment method.
A £3.95 restocking fee per order will be deducted from your return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact, and free of tan, makeup, fragrance, stains, or snags.
All returns must be registered through our Returns Center using your order number. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria.
When you select refund to a store gift card through our returns center, you’ll receive your refund amount plus a 20% bonus as a thank-you for shopping with us.
