PRE-ORDERS
- If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch.
- If your order includes multiple pre-order items, your order will ship on the latest pre-order dispatch date.
- Any shipping method selected at checkout applies from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
- If you would like to receive available items sooner, please contact hello@sydneylane.com to arrange a split shipment. Additional postage charges will apply.

Returns
Final Sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a credit note only. They are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
A £3.95 restocking fee per order will be deducted from your return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact, and free of tan, makeup, fragrance, stains, or snags.
All returns must be registered through our Returns Center using your order number. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria.
When you select refund to a store gift card through our returns center, you’ll receive your refund amount plus a 20% bonus as a thank-you for shopping with us.
