PRE-ORDERS
- If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch.
- If your order includes multiple pre-order items, your order will ship on the latest pre-order dispatch date.
- Any shipping method selected at checkout applies from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Returns
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, and free from tan, makeup, fragrance, stains, marks or snags.
You may choose either:
- A refund to the original payment method; or
- Store credit, including an additional 10% bonus store credit.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund or store credit and vary depending on your location and the courier service available.
Original shipping charges, return shipping fees, duties, taxes and any applicable import charges are non-refundable.
Start your return through our Returns Center using your order number and email address.
All returns must be registered through our Returns Center. Returns that are not registered through the portal may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds to the original payment method will typically be processed within approximately 14 working days.
When you choose store credit, you will receive your approved return value plus an additional 10% bonus store credit, less any applicable return shipping costs or other non-refundable charges.
