PRE-ORDERS
- If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch.
- If your order includes multiple pre-order items, your order will ship on the latest pre-order dispatch date.
- Any shipping method selected at checkout applies from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
- If you would like to receive available items sooner, please contact us to arrange a split shipment. Additional postage charges will apply.

Returns
Final Sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. They are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact, and free from tan, makeup, fragrance, stains, marks or snags.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. Return shipping fees are deducted from your store credit and vary depending on your location and the courier service available.
Original shipping charges, return shipping fees, duties, taxes and any applicable import charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be registered through our Returns Center using your order number and email address. Returns that are not registered through the portal may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
When your return is approved, you will receive your approved return value as store credit, plus an additional 10% bonus store credit, less any applicable return shipping costs or other non-refundable charges.
